Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. If delays occur, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from the United States.

Shipping Carriers

We exclusively use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all of our shipping and those rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey. Of Shadows And Secrets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should this occur, please contact USPS as soon as possible to file a claim. We recommend doing so within 30 days of the expected delivery date. While we are unable to issue replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages, we're happy to assist you through the process.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected carrier. Of Shadows And Secrets is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, DHL, customs processing, or other external factors beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Import Regulations (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Additionally, buyers are responsible for ensuring that tarot cards and related items are legal to import into their country according to local laws and regulations. Of Shadows And Secrets is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, seized, or destroyed due to customs issues or import restrictions.

Shipping Restrictions
