Final Sale
All sales are final! We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item you received is broken or defective. All orders are packed with ample bubble wrap and packing paper to ensure it has a secure, cushioned journey to you. 

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us immediately at shadowsandsecretstarot@gmail.com with photos of the damaged or defective product. Please allow 5-10 business days and we will review your request and assist you accordingly.

Shipping & Lost/Stolen Packages
We exclusively use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all domestic orders and DHL for all international orders, which includes insurance and tracking for all packages. Please note that Of Shadows And Secrets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the transit process. We will not issue refunds for packages that are lost or stolen once they are in the care of USPS or DHL.
